ISLAMABAD, Pakistan – On Saturday, the price of 24 karat per tola gold fell by Rs 800 and was sold for Rs 123,800 on the local market, down from Rs 124,600 the day before.
The price of a gramme of 24 karat gold fell by Rs 686 to Rs 106,138, down from Rs 106,824 before, while the price of a gramme of 22 karat gold fell to Rs 97,294 from Rs 97,922.
The per tola and ten gramme silver prices remained steady at Rs1440 and Rs1234.56 per tola, respectively.
According to the Jewellers Group, the price of gold on the international market fell by $12 and was traded at $1846 vs its sale price of $1858.
